Models estimate expected yield, detect unusual production runs and identify factors associated with a deviation. Yield and material balance figures are calculated by defined rules, not by machine learning.

Yieldstem proposes and qualified people decide. It issues no commands to equipment and takes no action on the production line.

Recommendations stay inside documented product specifications and safety limits. Responsibility for those limits, and for HACCP and regulatory compliance, remains with the manufacturer.

Findings link to their source records. Estimates are shown as ranges, weak data is flagged, and factors are presented as associations, not proven causes.

A customer’s production data is used only to serve that customer. It is not used to train models for anyone else without written agreement.
