Operational Workspace
Exception review, investigation and shared findings
Analytics that lives in a monthly report arrives too late for the person who could have checked the finisher. The workspace is for the people who review production as part of their week: plant managers, production managers and continuous improvement leads, with finance and IT working from the same records.

Review exceptions
Runs are queued by the size and value of the deviation, so a limited review hour goes to what matters most. Runs within range stay out of the way.
Investigate production runs
Each run opens onto its balance, its source records, associated factors and comparable runs. Missing records are shown as missing.
Compare performance
Runs, lots, suppliers, shifts and lines can be compared on a like-for-like basis, with the normalization applied in view.
Communicate findings
Reviewers record what they checked and what they concluded. A finding marked as explained becomes part of the record and helps the next person looking at a similar run.
