Predictive Production Intelligence
Expected yield ranges and abnormal-run detection
A fixed yield standard treats every lot as the same lot. In food processing they rarely are: fruit maturity, grain moisture, size distribution and product mix all move what a well-run line should deliver. The more useful comparison is against what this material, on this line, making this product, would be expected to yield.
Expected-yield estimation
Models are trained on a facility’s own reconciled history, using raw-material characteristics and available process context to estimate output for each run.
Production variability modeling
The output is a range. Its width reflects how much a process normally varies and how much comparable history exists, so a thinly evidenced estimate looks thinly evidenced.
Anomaly detection
A run is flagged when it leaves its own expected range, or when losses in one stage shift while the total still looks acceptable. Sustained drift is treated as a separate signal from a single abnormal run.
Evidence-based comparisons
Any flag can be opened against the most similar past runs, showing which conditions matched and which differed, so reviewers can judge the comparison for themselves.
